Join us for our adult art series - A Taste of Art - where we’ll feature a different art medium or style each month. We’ll learn a little bit about the medium or style, do a little practice, and then do a simple project, while having some food, drink, and good conversation! It’s a great chance to unwind at the end of the week!

May features watercolors. Watercolors can be very intimidating for beginners, so we are going super simple! We’ll be taking inspiration from two contemporary artists - Diane Antone and Catherine Côté (known on social media as CreationsCeeCee). We’ll make blobs of colors and then doodle! You can make your blobs orderly, wonky, or cover the whole paper! We’ll work on more than one piece you so you can be painting one while the other dries. We’ll do some doodling with black micron pens, white gel pens, and gold and silver pens or paint. Turn your blobs into flowers, birds, cats, leaves…. Or just add abstract patterns or little flower and leave doodles inside the blobs.

Price includes use of supplies, charcuterie, and Lynfred wine,* water, or coffee.
