Who: ALL current music students of any age, level, and instrument are invited to perform!

What: In what has become an annual tradition, Roselle Fine Arts Academy and Lights, Camera, Dancin’ team up to put on an instrumental and dance recital in a fun, outdoor setting. A free coffee bar will be provided for the duration of the recital.

Where: Our Fall Fest Recital will take place across the street from our facility at the Village of Roselle’s Petal Plaza, the stage that sits between Village Hall, the library and the police station.

When: Fall Fest is set for the last Saturday of September, which this year is Saturday, September 26th. We are the first performance, beginning at 10:00am. Students will be expected to arrive early, according to the schedule below.

Why: At Roselle Fine Arts Academy, we believe in providing all of our students as many unique performance opportunities as possible. This allows us to grow in community together!

How: Our facility will be open before, during and after the recital. Please feel free to come in and warm up, use the restrooms, etc. Parking will be available in our lot, in the municipal lot across the street, and in the parallel spots along Prospect and surrounding streets. There will also be limited seating available, so we would appreciate those who can bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, etc.

 
 

Student Fall Fest Music Recital Registration

  • Please meet at the front of the Petal Plaza stage at the following arrival times:

    Drum Students: 9:00am

    Voice, Flute, Guitar, Cello Students: 9:15am

  • Please meet in the Roselle Fine Arts Academy lobby at the following arrival time:

    Piano Students: 9:15am

    • Piano students will NOT be warming up on stage. Instead, they will check in with Ms. Rebecca in the RoselleFa lobby, be assigned an upstairs piano to practice on, and then head to the Petal Plaza area when they are ready to go.

    • Prospect St. will NOT be closed off at any point during the event. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please make sure, especially for younger students, that they cross any streets safely!

  • At 9:45am, all music students and instructors will meet at the front of the Petal Plaza stage for a final check-in.

  • The recital will start promptly at 10:00am and will last approximately an hour. Performing students will sit with their families before and after their performance(s).

  • The dance performances will begin immediately after the instrumental performance, roughly around 11:15am.

  • Due to the number of students participating and the time constraints of the event, each student will be allowed to perform ONE PIECE per instrument. This will be strictly adhered to, so please come prepared with a single performance piece per student. (Exceptions only for those who will be performing on multiple instruments or in a combo with other performers.)

  • Please submit the form below by Wednesday, September 23rd in order to participate.
