Student Fall Fest Music Recital Registration

• Arrival Times:

  • All music students other than piano are to gather at 9:15am at the front of the Petal Plaza stage for a brief meeting with Ms. Rebecca and the music teachers. Non-piano instruments and voice students will be warming up on stage between 9:20-9:50am. Warm up times will be scheduled and sent to students via email the week of Fall Fest.

  • Piano students may arrive anytime between 9:00-9:50am. They will not be allowed to warm up on stage, however the Fine Arts Academy building will be open, and piano students are welcome to warm up on one of the pianos there between 9:00-9:50am.

  • All music students are to gather at the front of the Petal Plaza stage at 9:50am for a brief meeting with Ms. Rebecca and the music teachers.

• The recital will last approximately one hour. Families are invited to bring their own chairs and blankets, if possible. Some seating will be provided.

• All families are welcome to stay for the Lights, Camera, Dancin’ performances following our recital and to shop the local vendors (and RoselleFA art students!) who will be set up on the property.

• Due to the number of students participating and the time constraints of the event, each student will be allowed to perform ONE PIECE per instrument. This will be strictly adhered to, so please come prepare with a single performance piece per student. (Exceptions only for those who will be performing on multiple instruments or in a combo with other performers.)

Student Fall Fest Art Display/Sale Registration

• Arrival Time: All art students are to be fully set up by 9:30am. The Fall Fest officially begins with the start of the music recital at 10:00am, however, art students are welcome to sell/display as soon as they are fully set up.

• Art displays/shops must remain open until 1:30pm and may choose to stay open until 2:00pm. Students may choose to have a friend or relative assist, and at least one person will need to be attending to their table at all times.

• A 4’ table will be provided for each student (unless students indicate that they will be bringing their own table). Students are responsible for bringing their own chairs, table covers, display items, labels, and supplies.

• If selling their work, students must be prepared to take payment (bag for cash with change and small bills, Zelle/ApplePay links, etc.). RoselleFa will not be collecting money on behalf of students.
